Zinc Sulfate is a dry, high-analysis zinc source at 35.5% zinc, one of the most economical ways to correct the most common micronutrient deficiency in row crops. Zinc drives enzyme function, growth hormone (auxin) production, and early plant development, and shortfalls are widespread in high-pH, high-phosphorus, and eroded soils, corn being especially sensitive. The sulfate form dissolves readily for soil, foliar, or fertigation use, and its high zinc content keeps cost per unit of nutrient low. Applied at 8 oz per acre, it is a straightforward, high-value way to build or correct zinc levels. This is the commodity backbone behind many zinc programs.
